Welcome to Elite B Car. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the transportation services provided by Elite B Car, a premier luxury cab company. By accessing or using our services, booking a ride by visiting our website or through our customer care number , you agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

Accessing or using our services indicates your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "Client") and Elite B Car ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your access to and use of our services. We advise you to review these terms thoroughly before using our services, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights and responsibilities.

1. Eligibility and User Obligations

To use Elite B Car services, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are competent to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of another person, organization, or entity, you affirm that you have the authority to bind such party to this Agreement.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and by all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations. You will not use our services to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behaviour. Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of your access and legal action, if necessary.

2. Services Offered

Elite B Car offers high-end, chauffeur-driven cab services, including, but not limited to, airport transfers, inter-city travel, event transportation, hourly rentals, corporate rides, and luxury travel for weddings, VIP movements, and special occasions. Our services are available 24/7 through online booking or by phone.

The availability of services may vary based on geographic location, vehicle type, time of booking, and driver availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion, including in cases of force majeure or driver unavailability. While we strive to deliver a seamless experience, we do not guarantee the availability of a particular vehicle or driver at all times.

3. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our official platforms – website or customer care number. At the time of booking, you are required to provide accurate details including pick-up and drop-off addresses, contact information, time of travel, and any special requests.

Upon successful booking, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number. Please review all booking details for accuracy. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Pricing and Payment

All fares for Elite B Car services are calculated based on vehicle type, distance, duration, service class, location, tolls, taxes, and any additional services requested. An estimated fare will be provided at the time of booking. The final fare may vary depending on real-time travel conditions, waiting time, detours, and additional stop requests.

We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and cash. Payments are to be made at the end of the trip or in advance for certain bookings. For corporate accounts and recurring users, customized billing arrangements may be offered.

We may modify our pricing at any time, with or without notice, at our discretion. Promotional offers, coupons, and discounts are subject to terms and cannot be clubbed unless expressly stated. You are solely responsible for any transaction charges, bank fees, or taxes incurred during payment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking through our website or mobile app prior to the scheduled pickup time. Each service comes with its cancellation guidelines—check the specific terms before booking

  • Standard Rides: Free cancellation up to 60 minutes before pickup. A cancellation fee may apply thereafter.
  • Luxury or Event Services: Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur up to 50% of the total fare.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to appear at the scheduled location without prior cancellation will result in full.

Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 business days via your original payment method. Elite B Car reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with our policy or involve fraudulent behaviour.

6. Chauffeur Conduct and Passenger Responsibilities

Our chauffeurs are trained professionals who uphold the highest standards of courtesy, safety, and discretion. All drivers are background-verified, medically fit, and licensed according to applicable transportation laws.

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully, avoid intoxication, refrain from smoking inside the vehicle, and not engage in any activity that may compromise safety or damage the vehicle. You will be held financially responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle by you or your guests.

Elite B Car reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to passengers who behave abusively, threaten the chauffeur’s safety, or violate company policies. Unfortunately, these cases fall outside our refund policy.

7. SMS Disclosure

SMS Consent Communication: By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Elite B Car, you agree to the following terms regarding text message communications:

Text messaging and data fees may be charged by your wireless provider, in line with your plan. These rates may vary for local and international messages

5. Opt-In Methods

To receive SMS updates, you can authorize us by:

  • Verbally agreeing during a conversation with our representative
  • Submitting an online form
  • Filling out a paper form

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You have the option to unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by

  • Replying “STOP” to any message
  • Contact us directly to remove your name from our messaging list.
You’ll get a confirmation message from us once your opt-out request has been successfully received

7. Help / Customer Support

For assistance, simply reply with the word HELP, or reach out to us directly at [insert link].” Participation in our SMS program is optional — you may decline by leaving the SMS consent box unmarked on our forms.”

8. Standard SMS Disclosures

Your mobile provider’s standard text and data rates may apply based on your plan. You can opt out of these messages anytime by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or visit our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages. Message frequency may fluctuate.

8. Vehicle Availability and Substitution

We will do our best to provide your preferred vehicle model, although availability may vary. However, in rare circumstances such as mechanical breakdowns, delays, or overbooking, we may provide an equivalent or superior vehicle at no additional cost.

While we take all measures to ensure punctuality and comfort, unforeseen delays may occur due to traffic, roadblocks, weather conditions, or other emergencies, despite our best efforts. Elite B Car shall not be held liable for losses arising due to such delays.

9. Luggage and Belongings

You are allowed to carry reasonable luggage within the prescribed limits of the vehicle category booked. Excess baggage, oversized items, or hazardous materials may be refused or subject to additional charges. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings carried in the vehicle unless such loss is a result of proven negligence by our staff.

You are advised to collect all personal items before leaving the vehicle. In case of lost items, we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return them, but we do not guarantee recovery. A delivery fee may apply if you request us to return any recovered item.

10. Insurance and Liability

Elite B Car vehicles are insured as per applicable laws, covering third-party and passenger liabilities. However, we strongly recommend that clients arrange for personal travel insurance to cover contingencies, valuables, and high-value itineraries.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed flights, loss of business, or emotional distress, arising from delays, accidents, or service interruptions. In all cases, the maximum liability we accept is equal to the fee you paid for the particular service.

11. Force Majeure

Elite B Car shall not be held responsible for any failure to provide services, delay, or cancellation caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, any governmental action or restriction, military conflict, social or political unrest, epidemic or pandemic outbreaks, industrial actions, catastrophic weather events (such as floods, storms, or earthquakes), and any other acts of nature or unforeseen occurrences. In such cases, we may cancel your booking with or without notice and offer a rescheduling or refund at our sole discretion. We understand these situations may cause inconvenience; however, we are unable to accept liability for any resulting loss or disruption.

12. User Accounts and Privacy

For frequent usage or access to all our features you just need to call our customer care number.

We collect, store, and use your data according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines the nature of the information we gather and how it is used. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or in compliance with regulatory authorities.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, graphics, images, texts, and software on our website are the intellectual property of Elite B Car or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of our content for commercial or personal gain, including reverse engineering or scraping of our platforms, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Elite B Car may, from time to time, provide links or integrations to third-party services, including payment gateways, navigation services, affiliate offers, and social media platforms. Please note that third-party services have their terms, and we are not responsible for their behaviour or content. Use of third-party platforms is at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing their privacy policies and terms independently before engaging.

15. Modifications to Terms

We retain the right to update or alter these terms as needed, with or without notice. Changes may reflect updates in legal compliance, service enhancements, pricing changes, or technology upgrades. Changes will become effective right after they are posted on our website.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after the posting of revised Terms implies your acceptance of the new version.

16. Termination and Suspension

Elite B Car reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to services, with or without notice, in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activities, non-payment, misuse, or conduct harmful to the company, staff, or other passengers.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease, and any outstanding dues will become immediately payable.

17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any legal action proceeding related to them shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York. Any legal action or proceeding shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We encourage resolving disputes amicably through dialogue. Should disputes persist, we may engage in mediation or arbitration before legal action, as deemed appropriate.

18. General

1. Your booking becomes effective upon delivery of the confirmation receipt to the email you have provided.

2. Kindly ensure all additional stops are included at the time of booking. For changes or requests after receiving your confirmation email, contact us 24/7 at 8668351313.

3. Your assigned driver and vehicle details will be shared with you by email approximately 12 hours before pick-up. These details are provisional and may be updated due to logistical adjustments.

4. Need to make a change or cancel your ride? If it's more than three (3) hours before your booking, simply use our user-friendly online platform or call us anytime at 8668351313.

5. Trip Protection is a non-refundable charge of $8, automatically applied to your reservation unless deselected during the booking process. It will be reflected in your cost breakdown. With Trip Protection, you may cancel your ride up to three (3) hours before the scheduled pick-up time and obtain a full refund of your fare, excluding the protection fee.

6. Your driver will track your flight and be there when you land. Grace periods for airport pick-ups start from the actual landing time, not the scheduled pick-up time.
